What we sell

Tutu eSIM sells travel eSIMs with mobile data (gigabyte plans or daily unlimited) on tutuesim.com, in the Telegram bot @tutuesimbot and its app. An eSIM gives mobile data only in the chosen country or region — no phone number, calls or texts. Connectivity is provided by partner mobile operators.

Compatibility

Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM and isn't locked to one carrier. Dial *#06# — there should be an EID line.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay with Telegram Stars or crypto via @CryptoBot; the amount in Stars is shown before you pay. Fees of your bank or wallet are not included.

Delivery

After payment the eSIM arrives in the chat with the bot and under “My eSIMs” (for website purchases — on the order page and by e-mail), usually within a minute. If delivery is delayed, the bot will tell you and retry.

Validity

The plan's validity and when it starts (on installation or on the first connection at your destination) are shown on the plan card. An uninstalled eSIM must be activated within the period shown in the app (usually 180 days).

Service quality

Speed and coverage depend on the local operator's network and your location. We are not responsible for operator outages, but we will help with setup and, if the problem can't be solved, consider a refund.

Prohibited use

Reselling eSIMs, using them for illegal activity, spam or bypassing operator restrictions is prohibited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Buying after a change means you accept it.
